„Annual document“ pursuant to Section 10
German Securities Trading Act (WpPG)

Pursuant to the German Securities Trading Act (WpPG), which came into effect as of 1 July 2005, exchange-listed companies now have new obligations to fulfil as regards notifications and announcements.

For this reason, we are in future combining the publications and announcements, e.g. ad hoc announcements, directors dealings announcements, annual reports and interim reports, which we have made under Company and Capital Market Law over the last twelve months into an annual document (Status: 15.02.2008).
