The Executive Board informs the Supervisory Board at regular intervals, promptly and in depth about all the relevant questions regarding corporate planning, business development, the risk situation and risk management. The Company’s strategic orientation is agreed with the Supervisory Board.

The Supervisory Board consists of 12 members, of whom six are elected by the employees and six by the shareholders. The election of the Supervisory Board members representing the employees is performed in accordance with the Law on Codetermination 1976, the members representing the shareholders are elected at the Annual General Meeting.
