Copper is the intelligent metal for our modern life.
Intelligent because it has become an indispensable part of high tech applications due to its excellent physical, chemical and mechanical properties. There is hardly a sector of modern life in which copper cannot be found. And demand continues to rise with technical progress.
In addition, there is the metal’s unlimited recyclability. Regardless of where the copper comes from, or where and how often it has been used already, when it is recycled at NA the result is again high-purity copper. Accordingly, copper is not consumed, it is only used and demand will grow in line with the increasing technification of our life. These two advantages make copper the “red gold”: the metal of sustainable development, the sustained conservation of resources. This is the basis for demand and growth in the future.
